Roof Right LLC operates an SMS text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who request our services. Messages are conversational and transactional in nature. They include replies to calls and inquiries you initiate, estimate and appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and updates about your active project. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.
You opt in to receive these messages in one of two ways: by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by calling or texting us first and asking us to follow up by text. If you call us and we are unable to answer, you may receive an automated text reply inviting you to continue the conversation by message.
Text Messaging Terms
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Roof Right LLC is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or device, or for charges imposed by your carrier.
